If you are looking for a beachfront half marathon course in January, the Long Beach Carnival Classic Half Marathon and 5k in Long Beach, Mississippi will be held January 25th, 2013.
This beautiful, beachfront course along Hwy 90 is super flat and fast for those needing a qualifying time, or trying to set a personal best. Come enjoy the famous Southern hospitality and Mardi Gras Spirit! Friday night packet pickup party to be held at Long Beach Yacht Club with entertainment and cookout!
This event is also a primary fundraiser for the Carnival Association of Long Beach, Inc. which provides cash grants for local non-profits in the Mississippi Gulf Coast Community.
